Mattress Exchange Policy

We have a 90 Day comfort exchange policy on all mattress purchases made in our online shop. Customers are permitted a one time comfort exchange within 90 days after delivery. A minimum of 30 days must completed before an exchange can be made. The Customer is responsible for all shipping and redelivery fees for comfort exchanges. Reselected mattresses must be of equal or greater value and the same size as the original purchase. Reselected mattresses are not eligible for comfort exchanges. Returns are not accepted. If you choose to do a comfort exchange, products must be be in "like new" condition, free of any stains or soils, and must include the original law label that is fixed to the mattress. The purchase and use of a mattress protector is highly recommended. Closeout, floor sample, and discontinued items are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales on these types of items are final.

Power Adjustable Beds, Bed Frames, and Assembled Bedroom Furniture

There are no returns or exchanges on power adjustable beds, bed frames, or bedroom furniture. All sales are final.

Accessories

Within 30 days you may return or exchange unused and unopened items such as but not limited to; sheets, pillows, and mattress protectors. Items that have beed opened, used, and are not accompanied by original packaging and tags may not be returned.

Damaged Shipments

Accidents can happen when items are in transit. If any item you purchase from us is received in damaged condition please contact us immediately so we can make it right and expedite redelivery as soon as possible. Please be sure to inspect all large item purchases such as bedroom furniture on delivery to be sure your items are in good condition.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for Return Shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
